Veruschka del Rio is a seasoned holistic practitioner, educator, and speaker with a passion for nervous system regulation, embodiment, and personal transformation. Holding a BA in Communications from Boston University, she began her journey with a deep curiosity for the mind–body connection, which ultimately led her into the world of integrative and somatic healing.

She is a certified Hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner through the NLP School of New York, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and a Level 1 & Level 2 trained Spinal Energetics Practitioner. Her extensive training also includes breathwork, meditation, and bio-energy healing, allowing her to offer a deeply integrative, nervous-system-informed approach to healing.

As the founder of Zentuary, a conscious healing movement and community, Veruschka is devoted to helping individuals release stress, tension, and stored emotional patterns from the body so they can reconnect with their innate intelligence and live with greater clarity, safety, and authenticity.

Drawing from her own lived experience of overcoming panic disorder, Veruschka brings a grounded, compassionate understanding of what it means to feel dysregulated — and what is possible when the nervous system is supported rather than forced. Her work bridges science and somatics, intuition and education, creating spaces where the body can feel, soften, and remember how to self-regulate.

Veruschka is not only a practitioner, but a living embodiment of the work she teaches. Her mission is to empower individuals to come home to their bodies, trust their inner wisdom, and realize that the foundation for healing, freedom, and fulfillment has always existed within them.
