HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy guides the mind into the theta brainwave state — a deeply relaxed state where thoughts become more spaced out, the analytical mind quiets down, and the subconscious becomes more open to change, insight, and repatterning.

Hypnotherapy & Subconscious Reprogramming

Discover the power of neuroplasticity and reprogram the mind.

Have you ever noticed that even when you logically know something, your body and reactions still continue repeating the same patterns?

That’s because most of our thoughts, emotional responses, habits, and survival behaviors are driven by the subconscious mind — the deeper part of the mind that stores beliefs, memories, conditioning, and automatic patterns created throughout life.

Many of these subconscious programs were formed years ago through stress, experiences, emotional conditioning, or survival responses and continue running beneath the surface like an internal autopilot.

Hypnotherapy works by guiding the brain into the theta brainwave state — a deeply relaxed state between being awake and asleep where thoughts become more spaced out, the analytical mind quiets down, and the subconscious becomes more open and receptive.

This state is powerful because it allows the mind and nervous system to step out of constant overthinking, mental resistance, and survival mode long enough to access deeper patterns more directly.

What is theta brain wave state?

The theta brainwave state is a deeply relaxed state of consciousness that exists between being awake and asleep.

It’s the state your brain naturally enters:

  • during deep meditation

  • right before falling asleep

  • right after waking up

  • during hypnosis

  • during vivid imagination or visualization

  • in moments of deep creativity and emotional processing

In this state, the mind becomes quieter, and the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to new information and change.

This is important because most of our automatic behaviors, emotional reactions, beliefs, and survival patterns are driven by the subconscious mind — not the conscious mind.

When we are constantly stressed, overthinking, or in survival mode, the brain stays in faster brainwave states like high beta, which are associated with stress, hypervigilance, and mental activity.

Theta is the bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind.

What is neuroplasticity?

Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to change, adapt, and create new neural pathways throughout your life.

“Neurons that fire together, wire together.”

The more a pattern is repeated, the stronger it becomes.

Through repetition in the theta brainwave state, hypnosis helps strengthen new neural pathways so the brain and nervous system can begin shifting out of old subconscious patterns and into more regulated, aligned ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.

For lasting and sustainable change, clients are recommended to move through a series of 3 to 4 sessions. Each session helps build upon the last, allowing the nervous system and subconscious mind the time, safety, and repetition needed to create deeper transformation and long term change.

“I walked in feeling anxious and emotionally overwhelmed, and left feeling calmer, clearer, and surprisingly grounded. This was my first hypnotherapy session, and Verushka made me feel safe, heard, and comfortable throughout the entire process.

The session felt like guided deep relaxation rather than anything dramatic, but the emotional shift afterward was noticeable. I felt lighter, less tense, and more peaceful like my mind finally had space to breathe.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone dealing with stress, anxiety, heartbreak, or major life changes. It felt like a reset I didn’t even realize I needed.”
