What is the Purpose of this Work?

This work is about helping the body finally feel safe enough to stop living in survival mode.

How? By creating the internal conditions where the body finally feels safe enough to process unfinished stress, complete tension patterns and trauma that may have never originally had the space, support, or opportunity to fully process.

Through a signature blend of somatic healing, breathwork, subconscious repatterning, Spinal Energetics™, and energy work, I help people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and move out of survival mode from the inside out.

Why Veruschka gets this?

After working with thousands of clients over the last 15+ years and being on my own 20+ year healing journey, I realized something important:

I know this because I lived it.

I was doing all the healing work, therapy, trainings, breathwork, subconscious work, and personal development… yet my body was still stuck in panic, stress, hypervigilance, and survival mode.

That became the missing piece.

Many of the modalities I was learning changed my life, but because no one was teaching nervous system regulation first, the changes were simply not sustainable.

What to Expect During a Session

We begin with a thorough consultation to better understand your goals, answer any questions, and help you feel comfortable, supported, and prepared for your session.

Thorough Consultation

To ground & slow down the body and nervous system so you can settle safely into the present moment

Anchoring

Puts you in theta brainwave state and shows me how your breath flows to determine tension patterns in the body

Breathwork

Breath, cues, gentle touch, fascia release, and energy work will guide the body into releasing stored tension and emotional patterns. Tingling, temperature changes, movement, or emotional release may be experienced as the nervous system is given space to process and feel supported.

20-30 Min of Active Facilitation

As the body enters the theta brainwave state, subconscious repatterning cues are introduced to help shift old patterns and create new pathways rooted in safety and alignment.

Subconscious Repatterning

The session closes with space for grounding and integration as the nervous system settles back into the body. We’ll take a few moments afterward to reflect on the experience and discuss any follow up support as the body continues integrating for 72 hours
